About Us
"Wild Lakeland delivers conservation ecology and habitat management throughout the Lake District and Cumbria.
Our specialist areas focus on hay-meadows and hedgerows, with a strong botanical background. We offer a mix of practical conservation and consultancy work such as design and planning, management plans, surveys and monitoring, right through to hands-on conservation such as meadow restoration and hedge-laying. Being an independent organisation means all work is tailored to the individual client's needs.
We work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders including farmers, landowners, private nature reserves, country estates, government bodies, agencies and charities."
